The Bowler Hat Man, terrified Luke Crain…but who was he? Willaim Hill, sent to boarding school at as a teen. But, the school wasn’t a school but an insane asylum. William returns to his home with his fiancé Poppy. They had two children, a boy and a girl. William was never well but he was most unwell when he walled himself into the basement wall of Hill House with his cane and his hat. His corpse is found after Hugh and Luke Crain find his body. Luke takes the hat and continues to wear not realizing that Willaim just wants his hat back!
